Meet Your Guides

 Tammy Lee

Tammy has always carried and embodied the essence of a free spirit. Many moons ago, she was even gifted the name Jivanmukti by one of her teachers. For the past two decades now, she has been a dedicated practitioner of the healing arts in South Florida. Her experience ranges from teaching yoga and spin classes, to one-on-one body work and energy healing sessions. 

Her passion and gratitude for this work runs deep. 

Last year, she immersed herself in the New Earth Medicine Woman program with the Sacred Woman School. This Shamanic Journey has supported her path of remembrance and given her the opportunity to connect with sisters all around the globe. 

Tammy’s “Big 3” are Scorpio, Pisces and Sagittarius so you can imagine the excitement she feels to express herself and be of service to her community. Supporting, empowering,  and inspiring others through her art, music, writing, and teachings brings her heart so much joy. 

Krista Miller

Krista has been on the path of self exploration through embodied movement, dance and healing her whole life. Dancing since very young and accomplishing her dream as a professional dancer by age 18. Since then she has continued to dive deeper into her own healing abilities and personal transformation. She has been trained in and initiated into many energetic and physical modalities such as yoga, reiki, womb work, breathwork, past life regressions, angel therapy, akashic records and shamanic studies.

She recently completed the New Earth Medicine Woman Program with the Sacred Woman School and is currently in the process of completing The School of Mysteries Initiate Program and The High Priestess Program with Lila Lotus.

Connecting to her Feminine Essence, the Divine Goddess, and her inner child’s free spirit, has set her on a miraculous journey of self discovery, remembrance, and gratitude for the sisters she has reunited with as well as the healing work she continues to get to do in her community.

Honoring herself as a true Taurean and child of Mother Gaia, she celebrates her purpose here as a woman and the sacred space she holds. Krista loves birthing through creative expression, her poetry and all that flows through her back to the Heavens and Earth.

What’s the schedule like?

We are committed to honoring ‘The Way of the Feminine’ during this magical time together.

Day 1: Returning Home: Sisterhood Gathering
Day 2: The Elemental Journey: Water, Earth, Air, Fire
Day 3: You are the Goddess: Ritual and Celebration
Day 4: The Remembrance: the ReAwakened Woman Rebirth

This being said, our days will begin with some tea, coffee, juice, and fruit. We will honor and connect with a morning devotional practice (meditation, yoga, movement) followed by a more substantial breakfast. The days will include art, exploring the lands, connecting with the elements, activations, and PLAY! Lunch may be on or off site depending on the activities that unfold that day. There will be some rest time before we meet for dinner and we are encouraging this meal to be an opportunity to cook together, sharing our love and laughter, infusing our foods with our divine essence. Our evenings will be spent by the fire in ceremony, dancing, enjoying live music and storytelling.

What is check in/check out time?

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm on Friday the 9th, and please feel free to arrive early, explore and take your time settling in. Check-out is at 11:00 am at the latest on Monday the 12th.

What’s the menu like?

Our intention is for the food to be healthy, natural and nurturing for mind, body and spirit. We will have lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy grains. We will have some protein options available to add into salads and/or dishes, and of course, there will be space for some treats and even a little wine on one of the evenings. Please let us know if you have any diet restrictions or allergies so we may support you in the best way possible. Also, feel free to bring some of your own special items that you absolutely cannot live without, or would like to share.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen, and in order to honor all parties involved, there will be a 50% refund of the full rate available if you cancel by August 9th. If you cancel on or after August 26th, there is no refund. Deposits are non-refundable.

All investments must be paid in full by August 26th.
